How to Use

1. Open the foil package with clean, dry hands and remove the strips from the backing liner.
2. Apply the sticky gel side to the teeth, aligning it with the gum line. Press gently and fold the remaining strip behind the teeth.
3. Leave the strips on for 15–30 minutes. Do not eat, smoke, sleep, or drink anything except water during use.
4. Remove the strips and rinse your mouth thoroughly.
